    I just spoke with the agent and asked her if she would help me sell my property. She abruptly told me she is only interested in selling properties she lists and then hung up on me. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. Maybe i was her next customer, i guess she will never know now! Bad manners. too bad.

    I don't know what has happened with this bank. It used to be wonderful and the employees were really nice and helpful however now the customer service is a complete joke. Calling in will have you hung up on almost Everytime unless you actually get aggressive with them. Communication here is so bad it actually hurts.
